Business Office
Full-time Procedure Coordinator needed for our Portico Clinic in Nampa. Hours would generally include Monday – Friday from 9am to 6pm. Candidate must be exceptionally organized, able to multi task and have the ability to communicate effectively and easily with a variety of patients. Some duties include procedure authorizations, specialist appointment scheduling, referrals as needed and collections of high dollar surgery/procedure co-pays.
Full-time Customer Service Representative needed at our Portico location in Meridian. Hours generally include Monday – Friday 8an to 5pm. Candidate must have the ability to work in fast paced multi-specialty clinic essential and have excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi task is essential.
Full-time Customer Service Representative needed to float at all Satellite locations in order to cover for vacations and call-offs. Will generally work 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday; however, hours could include some weekends or evenings. Candidate must have excellent multi tasking skills, quick learner, good reliable transportation and flexibility is essential.
Lab
Full-time Clinical Laboratory Manager needed to oversee all functions of the laboratories located in Nampa, Caldwell and Meridian. Bachelor degree with MT (ASCP) certification or equivalent required. Minimum of 5-years experience as a Medical Technologist and 2-years management experience preferred. Applicant must have good communication skills, both written and oral, to interact effectively with physicians, nurses, co-workers and other staff. Knowledge of lab quality control and computer systems is a must. Some experience with MEDITECH lab information system helpful. Position reports directly to the CEO.
Mid Level
Full-time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner needed for QuickCare. Urgent care or broadly-based primary care experience preferred. Must be board certified. QuickCare is open 8am to 8pm seven days a week. Some shifts will include Saturday & Sunday along with holidays.
Imaging
Part-time Ultrasound Technician needed for our Imaging Center in Nampa. Candidate must have ARDM’s certification. Hours generally would include 20-26 per week that include some evening and Saturdays.
